Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be in original packaging
Proof of purchase may be required
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
